Midwest True Home Inspections was started with one goal: give homebuyers and sellers a straight, honest look at a property — nothing hidden, nothing exaggerated.
Austin Bahner, owner and inspector of Midwest True Home Inspections, was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. A proud Wichita State University graduate, Austin competed in track and field at the collegiate level and went on to achieve success at the professional level, including representing Team USA in international competition. His athletic career helped develop the discipline, focus, and attention to detail that he brings to every home inspection.
Austin also brings several years of experience in the real estate industry, giving him a strong understanding of the home-buying process and the importance of a thorough inspection. His background has provided him with valuable insight into the condition and functionality of homes, as well as the importance of identifying potential concerns before they become costly problems.
As an inspector, Austin takes a detailed and methodical approach to every inspection. He understands that purchasing a home is one of the largest investments a person can make, and his goal is to provide clients with a clear, honest, and thorough assessment of the property.
At Midwest True Home Inspections, client education and satisfaction are a top priority. Austin believes an inspection should do more than identify defects — it should help clients understand the condition of their home, know what deserves attention, and feel confident moving forward with their investment.
Every inspection is treated the way we'd want one done for our own family — thorough, unbiased, and explained in plain English.
